What Your Assistant Can Do

  • Create Events
  • Check Schedule
  • Find Availability
  • Modify Events
  • Prepare for Meetings
Schedule events naturally:
"Schedule a team meeting tomorrow at 2pm for 1 hour"
"Add a dentist appointment next Tuesday at 10am"
"Block 3 hours tomorrow afternoon for deep work"
"Create a recurring weekly standup every Monday at 9am"
"Schedule lunch with Sarah on Friday at noon"
Your assistant:
  • Parses natural dates and times
  • Sets appropriate durations
  • Creates recurring events
  • Handles time zones automatically

Smart Scheduling Features

Your assistant understands flexible date expressions:
  • “tomorrow at 2pm”
  • “next Friday afternoon”
  • “first Monday of next month”
  • “in 3 hours”
  • “end of this week”
  • “next Tuesday morning”
No need for specific date formats!
Your assistant infers appropriate durations:
"Schedule a quick sync" → 15-30 minutes
"Block time for deep work" → 2-3 hours
"Add a standup" → 15 minutes
"Schedule a client meeting" → 1 hour
Or specify explicitly: “2-hour meeting”
Your assistant warns about scheduling conflicts:
You: "Schedule a meeting tomorrow at 2pm"
Assistant: "⚠️ You already have 'Budget Review' at 2pm.
Would you like to find another time?"
Prevents double-booking automatically.
Your assistant manages time zones seamlessly:
  • Displays times in your local timezone
  • Handles events with participants in other zones
  • Converts “9am PT” to your timezone
  • Respects Google Calendar timezone settings

Calendar + Tasks Integration

Coordinate your time and tasks intelligently:
  • Time-Aware Tasks
  • Meeting Preparation
  • Time Blocking
  • Post-Meeting Actions
"What tasks are due before my next meeting?"
"Schedule time to work on the presentation task"
"Show tasks I can do in the next 2 hours"
"Find time this week for all my high priority tasks"
Your assistant considers both calendar and tasks when planning.

Automation Examples

  • Morning Briefing
  • Meeting Prep
  • Weekly Planning
  • End of Day
Future Action: Every weekday at 7am

"Send me today's schedule:
- All meetings with times and attendees
- Travel time between meetings
- Free blocks for focused work
- Suggested priorities based on available time"
